The place was constantly empty. It's a huge building with a lot of seating. At times, there were more people in the bar than in the actual restaurant. Also, their food went downhill quick. And on top of that they were having a lot of trouble with fights on Saturday nights when they had a DJ. They got in trouble with the liquor board due to that.
The steak place that was there was pretty good, maybe they'll be back.

The bar was great though.
They could just fill the wall in and sub-let the property into a restaurant and separate bar.

I love the bar...Good idea. The overhead on that whole building is probably through the roof!
