What the hell is taking so long. How long does it take to put a culvert across a road?

The road has been closed a long time now.

Yeah, they really should hurry up. It's almost motorcycle riding weather and that's one of "my" roads.

I agree. I can't imagine what a pain it is for the bus drivers. I miss zipping through there to get to and from the high school. A friend of my daughters lives in that development and said a phone call went out to the residents sometime in Nov. apologizing for the delay.

Remember how long it took them to get the bridge in Clements done? JFC. There was probably some obscure polka dotted, narrow mouthed, fat legged toad that had to be relocated.
