Unsafe jogger

Had pooch out at 0530. Neighbor's motion sensor light turns on and I see a jogger pass by. I could not see any reflective clothing or a light. Not smart!

No it's not. It's asking for trouble; but the person who runs over this dummy is the one whose butt is gonna be in a sling; and he/she knows that.
