Will the Distribution Charge, EmPOWER Maryland Charge, Public Service County Franchise Tax, and MD Environmental Surcharge reduce as well? Those are based on kWh used too.

Except for the Distribution Charge it looks like the rest are Taxes, and Surcharges, set by, and mandated by our beloved state and county governments.

You always have the Amish energy plan as an option.

I think there needs to be a value that represents the total cost per KWh (like an APR for loans). When I lived in Arizona our cost was $0.14KWh, but it included everything. Here, I get a bill that tells me I used $50 worth of electricity, but it's going to cost me $90. I'm not complaining about the rate, because it is still reasonable, but it certainly makes it difficult to compare.
