Demand for oil peaking soon?

Oil isn't going anywhere unless and until we can get more than 130,000 btu's out of the size and convenience of a gallon of fuel be it batteries, beanie caps, little reactors or self perpetuating wind tunnels.

As demand falls, prices fall, demand increases because of falling prices.

We shall see.

I find it interesting that demand may soon peak while at the same time, estimated reserves have never been higher...and continues to climb. Following that to it's logical conclusion, we'll use less and less of something we have more and more of until eventually we reach the point where we're good until infinity. ;-)

^ TJ bait. I'll wager 5 bucks or a ham sammich...

Yup. The lie of peak oil meets the lie of peak demand. Ain't that something?
