The Nature Conservancy is pleased to announce its 2015 Digital Photo Contest and there are only 3 days left to submit your best nature photos! This year's theme is The New Wild and we'll be thanking the winners with GoPro gear, Patagonia jackets, free memberships, placement in The Nature Conservancy 2017 calendar and more! We're a little low in two types of submissions right now: we’d love to see more photos that depict humans in nature and more diving photos.
The contest is open to nature loving U.S. residents over 18; you have till Tuesday, June 30th 12am EST to submit your most beautiful, dramatic images. You may submit as many images as you like via Facebook or through our website www.nature.org/photos-and-video/photography/photo-contest/index.htm. Submissions will be judged by a panel of Nature Conservancy employees and guest judges. A People's Choice award will also be determined by whichever of 100 honorable mentions receive the most votes by the public. Voting will take place in August of 2015. Contestants will retain full ownership of their submissions; winners grant The Nature Conservancy royalty free rights to use their winning photos in support of its mission.
