Just thought I'd pass on some information .... this is for Comcast, not sure what GMP is going to do.
ABC announced last week that they will be making available a digital news channel starting today, MONDAY, July 26, the first day of the Democratic National Convention.

Available in the D.C. DMA locations ONLY (Charles, St. Mary's and Calvert counties).
On digital channel 194.
The news channel will run through election night in November, and will provide political and convention coverage on a 24/7 basis.
"The Political Channel" will be transmitted as a multicast digital channel within WJLA's DTV over-the-air signal, in tandem with WJLA's existing HDTV simulcast channel.
