Used something similar for work luncheons, its called gowaiter.com

Not too unreasonable for restaurant delivery. $7 + tip for a bunch of places that don't deliver. This will definitely come in handy after a few drinks and that craving for some Five Guys hits in but no one is ok to drive.

The only one in this area, that I know of went out of business in waldorf, the only one left now is foodscooter.net and they only charge either 4.99 or 5.99 for delivery

I like the grocery delivery idea, but $100 worth of groceries has a $16 delivery charge, plus $18% gratuity? $34? That's definitely not worth it for me. Additionally, there are so many spelling and grammatical errors on the web site that I'd be skeptical of the company's ability to get the shopping done correctly.
