In this video, we follow a farm-to-table meal from Even Star Organic Farm to Elements Eatery (both in Lexington Park, St. Mary's County). We find out how the farmer and the chef work together on the farm. Then, we headed to the restaurant where Chef Rob Plant shares his philosophy for sourcing locally, hiring locally (including helping residents with developmental disabilities) and creating amazing foods with ingredients that have traveled just a few short miles up the road.
