This is our first July 4 in Charles County. I wanted to know if around this time of year is there any place that sells fireworks. I know in Anne Arundel white tents would set up in numerous parking lots selling them....all legal ones. Does that happen here as well? If so, where? Thank you.

Wal Mart has some.
Don't know about the tents in Charles but they're definitely in Calvert.

Legal fireworks are no fun. Use only Silver Salutes and Cherry bombs.
I don't know if you can even get cherry bombs or any firecracker - no bang bang.
Mostly it's ground stuff, roman candles, sparklers and variations there of.
Drive up to PA. Loophole in law. Bang Bang stuff is available for sale - but only to non-residents.
