Nomoney hired herself out to me to do balloon decorations like they do for a Dunkin Donuts grand opening... I paid her up front and all I got was a handful of individual helium balloons and her saying, "They are 'donut holes' " and off she went...

I (Timeless Gifts and Baskets) did the balloon decorations for the Dunkin Donut stores in California and Charlotte Hall. I decorate all events birthdays, parties, grand openings, political, weddings, Baby showers, sweet 16, graduations etc.
