Not yet, they can't move until the other stores move out. However, they aren't getting a lot of refresh stocks right now. The more stock they have in store, the more it costs to move, so they are temporarily reducing stock.
FYI, Ace Hardware sells Craftsman brand tools, mowers, and shop vacs. Craftsman isn't my favorite brand, but if your life or livelihood doesn't depend on them, they aren't bad.
