You might have seen this in the fall on Fugly. Owners opted to move Peter Rabbit instead of waiting for the city council to force the eviction. The poor horse is 32, certainly the city could have waited the years he had left and not separated him from his 77 yr old owner. I'm sure they kept each other going, each in his own way taking care of the other. Phooey on the town of Hickman!
