I went with this back in 2013, it's a JOY to go up in attic after getting rid of the contractor POS they installed. Has a great seal, aluminum ladder very strudy, wide and each to operate, wife can get up and down with ease....
Oh ya, 200 plus install vise 2K plus install. Probably lot less maintenance too with a manual door.
I get it, i was up organising and getting the xmas sh1t ready to come down. a lift would make it easier but so does team work.....

KeyRiced, Yes rose, ya obvouiosly need steps too or not, just put your azz in and go up and down too. ya got nothing up there, so i guess if you are going to start filling that huge space up make thats a good 2000.00 idea !
