Metrocast Billing?

I get Metrocast for Internet only. Normally I'm electronically billed the last week of the month (online bill paying) and pay immediately. Since Metrocast only takes my payment in check (no idea why they won't accept electronic payment), it takes until the first or second of the following month before I'm credited. Point is, I didn't get any bill in Dec 2017. Anyone else bill-less? Anyone know a possible reason? Just curious.

They do take electronic payment. Check out their portal. http://portal.metrocast.net/

Understand. I was just hoping for automatic billing and electronic payment using my online Bank of America bill paying account. It's just more convenient to have my billing come at one location rather than a separate portal for each vendor and/or service. Metro will bill me there, but payment is not electronic... it's check.
