You do know that this is all Congress's show, Trump doesn't get a vote.

What was good was that Trump offered to compromise.
Then they said that he was breaking his promise by offering a compromise.
The they said that the President didn't know what he wanted.
The Minority said that they offered the President everything, but we all know they didn't offer him a clean bill without DACA

Why ask the President at all what he wants.
The Congress makes the laws. Pass something and see if he will sign it.
That is the way the Government is supposed to work.
