-Put the Doritos away
-Put the Mountain Dew away
-Close down the 152 prog websites and Google search windows
-Put on some clothes (usually goes online in tighty whiteys and bath robe)
-Go upstairs
-Ask mom for a ride
-Put on sunblock (yes..even in the winter. They don't get out much and the skin is sensitive to sunlight)

See how tedious it is? That is why they would rather sit online all day spewing Prog stories for half the day and searching Google to rebut any anti-prog posts the rest of the day.
