not real clear on the second part but I"m pretty sure the point of the first part is that the sex was non-consensual to begin with (i.e. conception as a result of rape)

just how many people do you know where that actually happened? gotta say, I don't know of even a single instance of that happening in real life.

I know quite a few. Many of the marriages turned out well, but it was instigated by a pregnancy.

My problem for the new law is what is the penalty for the woman who falsely accuses the man of rape or domestic violence.
