Tronc, the parent company of The New York Daily News, confirmed to the Huffington Post that two of their top editors were fired as a result of harassment allegations made against them by current and former employees.
According to the report, the other accused man, Sunday editor Alexander “Doc” Jones, made “unwanted physical contact with female employees such as kissing them, hugging them and/or grabbing their hands.” This was according to an internal email that the Post was able to review.
The HR department of the Daily News knew about Jones’ behavior, but “not take proper action on complaints against” it.
Even though all of this has went down, the Daily News continues to run hit pieces on President Trump. Of course they haven’t ran a single piece on Moore or Johnson. Why would they? It’s clear their only goal is to make President Trump look bad and make themselves look good. Which is getting harder and harder by the day.
