The Boys are at DAYTONA !!!! Quailfing is Sunday at NOON , followed by the Clash at 3PM . Duel races are on Thursday at 7PM with the BIG ONE scheduled for Sunday at 3PM .

Dear Lord I hate laps and laps of single file racing. I better find a Daytona party next Sunday, or I'll be sleeping on the couch during the race.

I guess it's a case of what comes around goes around. Wasn't the COT designed to slow speeds down and breakup single file racing? Now we're back to it again.

It turned Daytona into a couples skate.
So what did we learn from the Duals?
1. The cars are so aero-squirrelly that we can expect lots of crashes. Even when the cars don't bump each other.
2. Unless someone really wants to take chances, everyone is going to ride around single file until 1-2 laps to go.
