Yeah, it's called propaganda. Been going on well before Facebook and the internet. But since schools don't teach critical thinking, to the masses it's all truth. But to those that do critically think, and speak out on various issues, they are marginalized.

I think you're already programmed. With Facebook, as with anything you consume "free", you are the product being sold. Their paying customers are data aggregators with giant distributed database clusters as well as governments world-wide. You'd have to have been programmed to sign up for that crap voluntarily, yet here we are. From shoppers "discount cards" to being able to "insta" the food you eat and poop out. Entire lives available for the asking.
