Just a reminder

I haven't posted this in quite some time, but with all of the Russian intrusion into U.S. affairs I thought we needed a reminder:

It's scary that our society doesn't get taught how Ronald Reagan brought down the steel curtain! The Axis of Evil has turned to their favor what the Great Communicator did to them.

My daughter in-law (school teacher), stated to me (Communism is the best form of Government). I pointed out, theoretically it is, Until you run out of other people's money!

It's happening... and it's working.

Our Dear Leader categorically denies the Russians meddles in our election. He categorically denies that any one in his inner, outer or universal circle ever had any contact with any Russians. According to Dear Leader, no Russian or Russian operative did anything anywhere that could have influenced in any way the last US election.

The same Dear Leader pushed for and signed a massive tax cut (aimed directly at the wealthiest members of our society). He then turned around, pushed for and signed a massive expenditure increase on defense.

There are no communes popping up, the state is not taking over any private businesses, troops are not marching in the street and, despite the maximum efforts being made by Dear Leader, our system of justice and laws is still intact, nor does Dear Leader have supreme power (though he quite obviously thinks he does).

So it seems your pronouncement is quite off the mark.

We don’t need no stinkin’ Khrushchev. It is happening because of our stinkin’ Gov. We didn’t need help from Russia, or whoever. That is why an orange guy with bad hair was elected. Americans are not stupid. Period.

I assume by "our dear leader", you mean Obama, who said, "There is no serious person out there who would suggest that somehow you - YOU COULD EVEN RIG an America's elections."

You must not mean making the Bush tax cuts permanent - so you must actually mean a different dear leader now. Trump pushed for and signed an actual massive tax cut, since Obama only made the tax rates that already existed stay. But, the Trump tax cuts were for most everyone at most every level of income, so you clearly misunderstand something here.

He then turned around, pushed for and signed a massive expenditure increase on defense.

He, like Obama, understands that when you lower the tax rates when they are grossly too high that you actually increase revenue to the government.

There are no communes popping up, the state is not taking over any private businesses, troops are not marching in the street and, despite the maximum efforts being made by Dear Leader, our system of justice and laws is still intact, nor does Dear Leader have supreme power (though he quite obviously thinks he does).

So it seems your pronouncement is quite off the mark.

Now the dear leader you are talking about sounds more like Obama again.
