The left hates the evil gun. Especially the big, scary ones. But the left doesn't have an issue with aborting intercoursal mishaps.

So with these facts in mind let's do this. Every time someone commits a felony with a firearm they earn a sentence with mandatory capital punishment. But, and here's the kicker, we change the name of capital punishment to post birth full abortion. The perp's own gun can be used to perform the abortion. Then once the birth is terminated, the gun, and any other guns owned by the felon are destroyed, never again will they be used to commit a crime.

So here's the thing. You say you want to reduce gun deaths, right? Why not go for the low hanging fruit? Hell, execute everyone who uses a firearm to commmit a crime and pretty soon, over 70 percent of those pairs of shoes cold be removed from the capitol. But be honest. You really don't care that young black men slaughter each other for fun and profit in huge numbers. The conservatives you say are racist? We are not the ones only demanding gun control when it's white kids being killed. WE want criminals with guns stopped every day. And by stopped, I mean prevented form ever doing that again, not given a vacation with three hots and a cot till they try again. REad the numbers. You want to reduce the numbers of people killed with guns? Lets stop the arterial bleeding, not worry about the scratch on the pinky finger.

I have always said any person sentenced to death should get a new trial. New Lawyers,new prosecutors, new Judge. Try them a second time.
Found guilty a second time they are executed within 24 hrs.
Using the same weapon they used to kill with is fine with me.

This BS of holding off from an execution because they cannot find the proper cocktail of drugs to get the job done is BS.
