NJ cops smell weed. End up finding chocolate starfish

Dashcam video from March 8, 2018 (published by John Paff, a government advocate) revealed that the driver of the vehicle, identified as Jack Levine, was severely searched on the side of the road in broad daylight because he smelt of weed.

The Troopers in the video can be seen ramming their hands down his pants and checking his anus and genitals for marijuana.

The officers, identified as Andrew Whitmore and Joseph Drew, were ultimately unable to locate any marijuana and cited Levine for tailgating

SOP..Had it happen to me, complimented the cop on his ability to smell pot when I hadn't been around it in 40 years.
