Guillermo Suarez, 31, was seen driving east along the west-bound side of the I-20 Freeway in Duncanville Texas on Saturday when he set off a fatal multi-car crash.His actions took the life of Amberly McCrae, 23, who left behind her nine-month-old son Jace.
Suarez spent the days following the crash in intensive care under police custody, WFAA reported. He is believed to have had multiple outstanding warrants.
He has been charged with intoxicated manslaughter.
