there is no 3629 9th street. Is it E 9th street?

Not sure of the exact street name. My son took the dog for a walk later on and saw the law enforcement activity on the back side of Madison Ave in between 9th and 10th. It looks like 9th Street continues around behind Madison into a wooded dead end road. Looking at Google Earth it doesn’t have a street name but appears to be 9th Street or an extension of said street.
