If I lived in AZ and it happened to my kid I'm confident this MFer would be dead right now.
PHOENIX -- Police have arrested a man who they say sexually assaulted a 4 year old girl at a playground at University Park.

Police say the girl was at the playground with her family near by. Several witnesses say they saw suspect William Speed grab the girl while she played on the jungle gym and begin sexually assaulting her.

The girl screamed and her family had to fight Speed to get him off of the girl. The family and nearby witnesses restrained Speed until police arrived.

Suspect William Speed is a Level 3 sex offender. He was booked into jail for sexual conduct with a minor.

100% in agreement on that. He would not have made it to jail. If he was not dead, they would have taken him to the hospital.

Of course, I would have been the one they took to jail but it is time for society to stop playing around.

A child sex offender just makes me want to vomit.

you would have had to had a trial for jail.

finding 12 people that would convict you for killing a perv would be really tough

They should have killed him immediately. There was no question what he was doing. No doubt. Plenty of witnesses. Just kill him.

He would have been accidentally get strangled on the swing set and his nuts accidentally get ripped during the struggle.

My sentiments exactly. He's done this before and apparently has not learned his lesson or how to control his "urges". Unfortunately, with the way our justice system works, the family would probably be convicted of 1st degree murder anyway.
