I also noticed he does not run at high RPM's
I watched the first video on this last night, when it popped up as a suggested video. I was surprised that the car would run at all. I'm going to watch the follow up videos as time permits. He could've picked an easier carb to test with. I thought he should've gone with a 34 PICT 3. ;)

Not a bad choice .. I'm thinking the lawnmower carb is going to fall flat at higher RPM's I am not sure about the ' wants to run rich ' comment

if the carb is running ' rich ' one usually dials in the carb rejeting the carb rather than building a computerized device to lean out the F/A Mixtue

Given that the lawn mower carb, with the small size of the venturi, it seems logical that it would draw less air thus making the A/F mixture rich, right?

I would think the carb is engineered to flow X at Y A/F Ratio
