Thai restaurant in White Plains...

where is that located. I want to get some Thai food and while I am up in Waldorf shopping I will pick some up. Is it near Waldorf?

It's called Suporn's and it's just a few miles south of Waldorf, down 301 before you get to La Plata. You'll cross over some railroad tracks and it's right after that on the left.

Speaking as someone who lived in Thailand for three years, they have good food!

Never tried Thai food before going there, so have nothing to compare it too - but darn it's YUMMY!!!! The green curry is especially good!!! Lunch time there is almost no one there - great service - good prices!!!!

I hate to sound stupid ..... But a spade is a spade! Is Thai food anything like Chinese? Never had it, but with this years Survivor I know we will be making the trip to try it out! tell me what to expect... Spicy????

Not a stupid question - I had no clue either. It's more of a "saucy" food w/ afew veggies and meat - they use lots of curry in their dishes too. Similiar to chinese - some of it's spicy (red curry) and some not spicy. You gotta try it - and if ya do, save room for the sweet rice/mango desert - OMG - to die for!!!!!
