Anybody know what happened in Charles County--sirens went on four 30 minutes or so followed by a MSP helo. Something happen after fireworks at fairground?

There was a accident on a small side road off of BelAlton-Newtown Road, Mallard La, that police and fire were responding to just minutes after the fireworks, this was also involving the attempted theft of someone trying to steal a tractor and then wrecking.
