Poor doggie looked like he could barely walk. The delivery dude most likely thought the dog could get away in time because he didn't realize he was 15 years old, and then panicked when he realized he hit the dog. Sucks he didn't try to notify the dog owner, but I don't think punishing the delivery driver is a warranted response. I know I would have been inconsolable if I had been the driver. R.I.P. Starr
