I love my Shakeology, the healthiest meal of the day. It helps with my cravings, energy levels, and digestion. It is a valuable tool to keep me focused on healthy nutrition.

Challengers will drink one Shakeology a day along with an easy to follow nutrition plan provided. The closed group will provide you will support, motivation, and accountability. We don't need you. We have Warnutz to inspire us as he's our very own shimmery-sparkly Richard Simmons. We get to drink as many glasses of water a day as we want and then sensible portions of boiled chicken and steamed asparagus will give us great results.... stinkle too... but great results.
