5 Guys Fries

Ok, so you know how they completely overload your bag with fries to the point where it's just not realistic to eat them all? I usually ask for the small fries and to not top off the bag, just what's in the cup only. Yesterday I forgot to do that, so I took all the extra home.

Do you know that diced and tossed into a pan of oil they crisp up real well and make excellent home fries to go with your morning eggs? :yum:

Five Guys has a low carb burger on their menu.. actually I think any entree there can be ordered LOW carb!!

But you have to skip the fries!

And you can buy a charger without a V8, but really, whats the point....... might as well get a veggie burger at that point.........

When I go to Red Robin I always ask for another basket of fries and then a to-go box with the check. I'm frugal :dance: Then I freeze them and use them on my egg samich in the morning. :yum:

If I go to five guys, I am eating the fries. I do not have the willpower to go there and not eat their fries.

even if only reheated in the toaster oven
