5 Guys Fries

I may have mentioned this before, but it's worth repeating.

You know how when you go to 5 Guys and get fries, they fill the cup then throw a huge scoop more in the bag? I get a 'small' but it's still more fries than I want or can eat.

I take them home. In the morning (or whenever suits you...) I cut them up and throw them in a pan with Crisco. They crisp up so good! Great home fries to go with your eggs.
