I was doing some spring cleaning in my bookmarks and found a few sites that were very helpful AND still worked.  Maybe you have some favorites to post too. :)

Those bee pages came from here--more links and some interesting reading...check out #6--the good bugs you don't want to kill.

Something new I tried this year...
On 3/22 I planted seedlings in one of those (72 size) peat-pot trays and put it on the low setting of a heating pad between a layer of newspaper.  Two days later some started to sprout.  As of today -- peas, spinach, squash, zucchini, cucumber, and one hibiscus are up and growing.  The jalapenos have roots sticking out of the sides but nothing coming out the top, also nothing yet from the Mt. Fuji morning glories or the SoDakota sunflower seeds I gathered on vacation.

This one has a few of its own articles, but it's mostly links to other sites, grouped by topic. I've been exploring all these in preparation for my first attempt at gardening!!!!

Well, it's not really gardening, but for bonsai, I like

www.shantibithi.com
www.american-bonsai.com

for supplies.  There's also a bimonthly magazine at

www.bonsaitoday.com
