It's 76*  right now.  Usually in late January I trim my rose bushes back because they've been dormant for awhile.  There is new growth everywhere, so I can't trim them because it will encourage more growth.  Even my minnie roses, which I thought were dead in Aug/Sept (due to vacation) have been coming back to life, along with some irises & mums which peaking up thru the leaf mulch.  My grass is getting greener in some places that were dead a few weeks ago.

The birds were singing this morning like it was springtime and I've had the windows open for two days.  I can only wonder if by next week we will be buried in 3 feet of snow.

I have also noticed that my daffodils and crocus are coming up too!  I will have to take a look at my roses as well.

I noticed a cherry tree in FULL bloom in Callaway today - that's just not right!  This is January, for goodness sakes...
