I read somewhere I could get MD Renaissance Festival Tickets in advance for $13.50 but cant remember exactly where. Does anyone know?

when I worked there a few years ago the only way to get discounted tickets was to buy a large group of them. I'm sure some employers have done that but not many. As far as I know, the only way to buy individual tickets is at the gate, not in advance. This might have changed since I was there, if you find out that discounted tickets are available to the general public please let me know!
oh, just thought of this, some grocery stores (Giant, I think) have fliers in the front of their stores, it's possible that they have discount coupons in them. I do remember having people show up at the front gate with coupons from the grocery store, but I seem to recall that they were only good for the first couple of weekends.
