St. Mary's Schools closing early....

crabcake

But wait, there's more...
 Did it actually start snowing yet up there? I remember last year or the year before when they closed school in anticipation of the "snow storm of the century" only to get a day of steady rain. :ohwell:

But they gotta do it or some :michaelnewdow: would sue. :duh:

Anything about SMHEC??

Is it snowing anywhere yet??

Is the Bridge still open??

Speaking of, this will be my first snow storm taking the bridge home. What will the bridge actually be like this afternoon coming from Upper Marlboro to Lex Pk? Does it freeze and if so how badly? Should I opt for Route 5 instead of Route 4? TIA

I think its a smart move on their (Board of Ed) part. Now they won't have wasted a snow day AND they'll get the kids home before it gets dangerous.

She saw it down in Lexington Park, across from McKay's.
I went outside here at Pax, and saw a couple of little flakes starting to fall.
