Is Metrocast function? Do their phones ever work?

We have no cable. Can't tell if it's because of the snow, my system is down, or Metrocast is down. Appreciate someone letting me know what's going on.

IMPOSSIBLE to Metrocast by phone. The recorded messages just circle back into one another. That is NOT caused by the storm. I complained about that a couple of months ago and was told "we're working on it."

Reeeaaallly getting tired of cable in Southern Maryland! :war:

Mine was working find when before I left for work this morning. try call 800-633-8578. That is the main office number.

Dude I have tried to get through about ten different days to activate my new service and I am stuck in the twilight zone :bigwhoop:
