Pet Sitters in Waldorf area

I was wondering if there's a need for pet sitters in the Waldorf/Hughesville area? I am thinking of starting my own Pet Sitting business and would love to hear what the needs are in our community. I used to be a pet sitter for years in Montgomery County and I love animals! I'm owned by 2 dogs and a cat right now (LOL) and since I'm looking to supplement my income, what better what to do it?

I would love to hear from anyone with insights on this ... my rates would be reasonable and I would provide excellent, loving care for your precious darlings! Feel free to email me! Thanks and have a great day!

Pet Sitters International

If you go to the Pet Sitters International website; http://www.petsit.com/ and type in your zip code, you will get an idea of how many sitters there are in that area, or at least once who are registered with the International organization. I do have two friends who cover that area, but I'm not sure how many others there are.

Petsitters in Waldorf

I just moved here from Alexandria and was surprised at how few petsitters available and the cost! I lived in Old Town and paid half of what they were charging around here. I run several websites around town - if you can offer better rates, I'd be happy to add you to our business directory on one of my sites (Apehanger's - averages 500 hits a week). Lots of folks with dogs stuck in crates for more than 8 hours a day (with the commuting we have to do from out here). Your best bet - make sure you're bonded (so folks don't have to worry) offer competitive rates, and advertise with local vets, and you'll grow fast.
