Just heard on WTOP that St. Mary's schools are 2 hours delayed arrival. Sounds like someone has some wrong/old info. :)

Take care,

Drove home from the airport last night. Left BWI aroun 930, got home around 1130. Rough drive. Snow was begining to cover the road. In some places, couldn't really see the road, only the tire tracks of the car in front of me. At one point, I had to slow down to below 70MPH.

IH is wide open and on time. LL if you want it.

Main roads are OK. Lesser traveled roads, Rt. 6/225 etc., are a little worse but passable.

So how many wussed out and stayed home today?

Wide open roads, hardest part of the commute to DC was getting out of my driveway. Still would have rather stayed home.

I used to just bust through the snow when I had a 4WD, gas sucking, SUV :yay: , I don't think my little bitty piece of shite Escort would be up to the task. :boo:

Hey Christy, maybe you could put up a tow row from your piggy pen to the top of your driveway. When we were kids we had a huge hill in our backyard. My dad got this airline tow rope thingy from AAFB and rigged it from the top to the bottom of our hill so we could get back up the hill easier after sledding down.
