anyone know why the Sheriff's Office closed s/b Rt 4 in Dunkirk???? I was stopped for 28 minutes.....when I got to the scene, a sheriff, a maroon Crown Vic and a van were stopped and the drivers were having a good laugh.....

There was an accident just before Dunkirk Park on the southbound side. At least 3 vehicles involved.
