If assigned a States Attorney to handle a criminal case and you are dissatisfied with the effort being put forth, poor preparation to the point of pissing off the judge repeatedly, and a few other unprofessional behavioral issues, how does one go about filing a complaint and getting satisfactory representation?

You should be able to ask the judge to be appointed new counsel. :shrug:

Perhaps to his boss (the elected official) or maybe the Maryland Bar Association?

Talk to the SA's supervisor if possible. File a complaint with the Attorney
Grievance Counsel.
