Disney flick
Rated PG

I just got it last night. (net-flix)
It is an awesome movie. I was in my chair for the entire movie, which is rare for me.
I let the kids watch it with me this morning and only the 18 month old moved. :lmao: The kids were rivited to the TV.
Great family movie!! :yay: :yay: :yay:

I saw 8 Below in theatres this past February and thought it was a very good movie. I was fairly surprised. Usually, Disney's live-action, non-pirate movies are almost intolerable (Tim Allen's The Shaggy Dog, for example). This, however, was a great adventure movie with beautiful cinematography, a compelling plot, a rousing spirit, and even a handful of decent performances (Even Paul "Wooden Actor" Walker was fine as the heroic Jerry). One flaw: I hated Jason Biggs' (American Pie) comic relief performance as Cooper. It felt as if he was constantly mugging for the camera and the movie didn't need him or his mediocre comedy act. I saw the film in a sold-out audience and his over-the-top gags received next-to-no laughs, so I bet I'm not alone in my dislike of him.
