80 "unruly teens" riot at NJ park hay ride

"When officers arrived at the park, they found that roughly 80 juveniles were engaged in a massive fight and were met with resistance from youths punching, kicking and pushing past the officers to continue fighting," police said. "Some juveniles broke away from the main group and began running through nearby residential backyards."

Police officers eventually dispersed the crowd and restored order. They did not make any arrests, the department said.
But, the night was not over for the wild teens. Police said that 50–70 juveniles took over local gas station, Wawa.

"As officers were in the midst of dispersing the park crowds, a call was received reporting an incident at Wawa on Haddon Avenue, involving 50–70 juveniles taking over the store," police said.

How are there no arrests made? @GregV814 & other LEO, is this standard procedure for these types of criminal events?

Some other news outlets listed the fighting crowd at 200 teens. Unruly teens are the reason people can't have nice things.

I've been gone for years now, but laws on juveniles have changed dramatically. As seen in Murlin, those l'il munchkins cant be charged with a crime, because of: poverty, TRUMP, absentee parent(s), etc..
Youffs 13-18 are misunderstood, Thats all. Not to be arrested, PLUS if 15 are arrested, that takes 15 officers out of commission for hours and ultimately the offenders are not prosecuted.
"Yeah' but what about just kicking their asses" you may ask..... Well, NO! 24 hour a day Civil Rights Lawyers and Justice Department Lawyers with an erection are salivating to jail an officer...

I tried to find a source with a good video of the event, since no news source is allowed to say the race of the suspects but couldn't find a good onet, but as old racist me, I am pretty sure they were the usual suspects. That could also be the reason no arrests were made.

It really doesn't matter what race they are. What matters is that the voters in that district/city/state/whatever voted to allow young people to run wild and terrorize everyone else, and I am ALL about government bowing to the will of the People.
