Go to where u would normally do a new thread,
when the next window opens at the bottom under manage attachments it will say post poll (check the little box)

I sure hope it isn't a poll on what you should name your dog cause if you need a poll to chose a name, you probably ought not be responsible for the care and well-being of a dog.
