In local news, Fairfax and most of Northen Virginia, in constant search for more $$ now wants to tax restaurant and take out meals and ice cream... So, those $16 hourly illiterate servers can survive... Moonhead is watching the scheme unfold......(Yeah, I know the tax is supposed to fund the school chillren) yeah... I wonder............if politicians ever considered NOT throwing money away on stupid projects....
