This is the pathetic state of progressives in our society, that you need some sort of motivation to get up a WORK; other than it is just plain YOUR responsibility. In the origins of this nation people got up early and worked their fingers to the bone; for no other reason than it’s what they had to do. God gave each of us the ability to do something to not just earn a living, but to provide something to their community and to this country. Being POOR was NOT a motivating factor, nor should it be. They were all poor in those days. They all go up early to get to work out of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
This thread – not surprisingly posted by our beloved radical leftist/progressive nhboy – epitomizes a generation of Americans that have no sense of responsibility. You need to excuse to get motivated to get up early. I thank God that pathetic mentality didn’t seep into my brain.
