Vrai made a comment to a post of mine a bit back about how magazines like Cosmopolitan have gone off the deep end. I'm in full agreement.
If you're a visual learner and wondering why such an assessment, here's what I think is a perfect example:
This, apparently, isn't even from one of Cosmo's goofy foreign sites (like Cosmo UK or, what would have been more likely, Cosmo France). It's from the US mag!
That anyone (sane, that is) would find this appealing/attractive is mind-numbing.... (Joke Level 1)
From this guy's perspective, I find it hideous. As for the girl who would trot this idiocy out, I'd stay Star Wars far away. She's nuts. (Joke Level 2)
