First. IMO (which isn't worth much) Russia took out the Nuclear warhead from an ICBM and sent Zelensky an expensive warning telling him not to fire ballistic missiles deep into Russia.
Next I listened to Austin mumbling about how we can control the self-detonation of a landmine.
His mumbling was ridiculous. I believe he was trying to say that when they are no longer needed we can turn them off so they will not detonate. His saying we can control their self detonation is bs.
